How to Install an eSIM and Activate the Data Plan?

Step 1: Check compatibility
Confirm your phone supports eSIM before purchasing. Most phones released in the last few years are compatible — except some models purchased in mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, and other regions with carrier restrictions. Check your Settings for an "Add eSIM" option if you're unsure.

Step 2: Install your eSIM
Once you receive your QR code by email, go to your phone's Settings, select "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan," and scan the code. This requires a stable Wi-Fi connection and takes about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Activate your data plan
Your eSIM can only be activated at your destination. Once you arrive, enable your eSIM and turn on data roaming to start using your data plan.

Step 4: You're connected
No physical SIM, no roaming fees — just data the moment you land.
